WHOLESALE POLICY—
WHAT DOES PARTNERING WITH JOY AND FURY ART LOOK LIKE?
We are a dedicated husband and wife team (Hi — Greg & Maureen Fownes here!) Partnering with us looks like easy ordering, friendly and attentive service, guaranteed high quality products & every order is hand packed by, you guessed it, us! Our goal is to establish a positive, long lasting relationship with you.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Our fine art prints & greeting cards are printed on high-quality, elemental chlorine free (ECF) virgin fiber content card stock and manufactured under alkaline (acid-free) conditions for increased longevity and performance. Each art print includes a rigid cardboard backing and is packaged securely in a clear resealable bag. Each greeting card is 4 x 6 inches and includes a 100% recycled kraft brown envelope and is packaged securely in a clear resealable bag. Stickers are printed on vinyl and are UV/scratch resistant as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.
PLEASE NOTE: If you see a product on our website that you would prefer in a different size or format, we will be happy to price out this option for you, just ask! For example: you would prefer an art print as a greeting card.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Minimum Order Size: $100 (wholesale pricing and before tax). You will enjoy a 50% discount off our retail prices. Payment is required in full before the shipment of goods. Accepted payment methods include debit, credit or direct bank transfer to <joyandfuryart@gmail.com>. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Halifax, NS. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at check-out. Orders are shipped via the most competitively priced shipping carrier available at the time of shipment to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
We are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Domestic orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders. Orders are not shipped until payment has been received. Local orders may be eligible for free local delivery if they are located within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). Please select local delivery at checkout if you are within the HRM.
We do not offer free shipping on any wholesale orders at this time.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wholesale orders unless the product is defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. If a product is found to be defective, Joy and Fury Art will replace the item or issue a credit.
