Returns

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Gift cards are sent by email, so nothing ships and there's no shipping charge. They can't be returned or exchanged for cash.

To start a return, email us at hello@joyandfuryart.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days at hello@joyandfuryart.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please email us at hello@joyandfuryart.com.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, items need to be unused and in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Wholesale orders

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wholesale orders unless the product is defective. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. If a product is found to be defective, Joy and Fury Art will replace the item or issue a credit. For our full wholesale terms, see our Wholesale page.
