The Happy Halifax Town Clock illustration is a playful take on the historic Town Clock landmark (opened 1803) that stands proudly on Citadel Hill in Downtown Halifax.  This is the Town Clock with a twist — It’s as if a groovy paintbrush swept across the town clock leaving a happy, topsy-turvy clock in its wake.
